REINHART FOODSERVICE ACQUIRES BANTA FOODS

ROSEMONT, IL April 4, 2008 - Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced that Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. an independent food distributor in its group of family-owned businesses, has signed an agreement to acquire Banta Foods, Inc. based in Springfield, Missouri. The transaction is anticipated to close on April 11, 2008.
